HydroMetrics WRI served in the combined roles of project manager, technical analyst, meeting facilitator, and co-author for the joint Soquel Creek Water District/Central Water District Groundwater Management Plan update. We continue to assist with the implementation of various plans, policies, and procedures that are part of the GWMP and compile annual reports that update the GWMP status.
